  • Coaching Into Care (CIC) is a free national phone service of the VA for friends and family members of Veterans. Call them when you know a Veteran who needs counseling or mental health treatment but refuses help, and they will give you the tools to coach them into care. 
  • Quit Vet - Offers tobacco cessation counseling in English and Spanish
  • War Vet Call Center Provides a place for combat Veterans and their families can call to talk about their military experience or any other issue they are facing in their readjustment to civilian life. 1-877-927-8387 (24/7)
  • Beyond MST is a free, secure and private mobile app created for Veterans who experienced Military Sexual Trauma (MST). Beyond MST is not intended to replace professional care, but it can help survivors in and out of care find hope, connect to resources, and realize they’re not alone.
