Freda began working at UVA Health in 2018 at UVA’s Cancer Center as a scheduling and referral specialist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University. She joined the Population Health Department in 2024.
She has worked in the private sector as an administrative analyst and in healthcare and health insurance with patient admissions, health Insurance verification, the UVA COVID Call Center, and patient access. Freda is passionate about helping others and is delighted to serve our patients and community at large.
Freda is a Virginia native and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, and dining at new restaurants.
