SPECIMEN REQUIREMENTS:
Submit all specimens fresh in an appropriate specimen container. All specimens must have a label affixed to the container with the patient name, medical record number, and date of birth. A completed Surgical Pathology Requisition must accompany all specimens and indicate the specimen is for frozen section.
TESTING SCHEDULE:
Daily 7am-6pm, all other times available by Pathologists/Pathology Resident on call.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
All specimens should be hand carried directly to Surgical Pathology East, University Hospital Room 2981
