COVID-19 Anxiety Emotional Support

Are you feeling fearful and anxious about the current outbreak? It's important to take a moment for self-care. Self-care will help you feel better and increase your ability to manage stress and deal with strong emotions. It only takes a few minutes to stop yourself from "going down the spiral," and our therapists can teach you effective techniques that will help you reduce distress related to the the COVID-19 outbreak.
