Charlotte has worked at UVA Health since 2011. During her first two years, she served as a clinician in an outpatient clinic. She then transferred to UVA's Accountable Care Organization, where she was given the opportunity to be part of the groundbreaking BeWell Wellness program. Charlotte joined Population Health's Interactive Home Monitoring (IHM) team in 2017.
Charlotte has an Associate of Applied Science degree and is a Certified Medical Assistant. In the past, she has volunteered on a rescue squad as a trauma tech while also serving as a 911 operator for the sheriff’s department. Charlotte is a dedicated case manager for her patients and is tireless in her efforts to ease their burden of care.
