Ralph began his career at UVA Health as a Referral Specialist at the Kluge Children’s Rehabilitation Center in 2013. He spent time in Human Resources and was a Wellness Advocate for Population Health's BeWell program as well as a Project Coordinator for the UVA Student and Employee Health Wise Clinic. In 2020, he transitioned to the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center as a Clinical Trials Navigator, and in 2022, he returned to the Department as Population Health Specialist for Post- Acute care.
Ralph has spent the majority of his career helping people during their most challenging times. He is currently pursuing his Lean Six Sigma Certification and is always looking for ways to improve work processes to the benefit of UVA Health patients.
He enjoys being involved in the community as a volunteer and works as a time and scorekeeper for UVA Athletics. He also enjoys spending as much time as he can with his two grandchildren, Avery and Liam.
