"Well At Work"- Online program for improving eating and exercise habits.

Focuses on nutrition and exercise for those interested in improving their overall health and fitness--at the convenience of the participant.

  • Designed for those unable to meet on a weekly basis.
  • This 6-week program offers video segments twice a week on a variety of nutrition and exercise topics.
  • Access segments, at your convenience, during each week.
  • Support, motivation and encouragement are provided through weekly emails and material.
  • Optional Fitness Testing
  • Led by Jodi Harris and Jolene Bodily, the Registered Dietitians/Nutritionists at UVA-WorkMed.
  • This class is for UVa team members and spouses, covered by the UVa Health Plan. There is no charge to participants.  It is sponsored by Hoo's Well - UVa Human Resources and provided by UVA-WorkMed.
