Steps@ UVA

Steps@ UVA - is a 15-minute energy boost class that meets Tuesdays & Thursdays for six weeks. No equipment is needed, other than a good pair of walking shoes. Weather will dictate an outdoor or indoor route that accommodates all levels to stretch your limbs, strengthen your heart and put a smile on your face.  Led by Jodi Harris.

Registration  is now OPEN.  

Fall session is August 29-October 5.

Old Cabell Hall  (front steps)                                                           10:45-11:00 am

West Complex (Hospital Drive entrance)                                      11:15-11:30 am 

Jordan Hall  (ground floor lobby, JPA entrance)                        3:05 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.
