FY17 Goal Setting

Setting Goals within ePerformance:

Required for Leaders and RN Clinician 1 - 4 & Wage job titles; encouraged to be done via Performance Notes or manually for all Team Member roles. 
A status of "Define Criteria" indicates goals are ready to be entered, saved, then submitted for approval.  Once approved, the goals are locked and the appraisal's status changes to "Evaluation in Progress".
